Room Rates

Rates:  Room with ensuite bath     $90.00 single / $100.00 double
           Room with private bath    $80.00 single / $85.00 double
                          Extra person $30.00 per person per night
                         All rates are in Canadian dollars.   No Tax is charged. A full breakfast is included .

Payment Policy 

Payment can be made in Cash, or Personal Cheques. We no longer accept credit cards

Payment is preferred on checkin.

Check-in time is 3:00PM (1500)     Checkout time is 10:00AM (1000)  

Children over 13 are charged full extra person price. Children under 10 staying in the same room as their parents will be charged $20.00 per day. There is no extra charge for infants (children under 3).

Reservation Policy

We are Open All Year. We request that you make reservations in advance for dates between Nov. 1 and May 1

To guarantee a booking, a deposit is required. A personal cheque made out to R Harrington and post dated to your arrival is sufficient

Cancellations on guaranteed rooms will be accepted 48 hours prior to arrival.

A one night booking charge will be levied for cancellations less than 48 hours and for no shows.

General House Policies

No smoking inside the house.  

No pets allowed - we have a very friendly Cocker Spaniel called Niles, he does not reside in the main house.

Please inquire regarding children. The House is not conducive to active young children.

Alcoholic beverages are allowed in moderation.
